September 9, 2023 - Yes seller ageeed to the return, but wanted me to post back the faulty item, then he would refund shipping and purchase.. But there was no option showing to print the Ebay shipping label.. So today I contacted Ebay and they will email me a prepaid label and charge it to the seller.

Your buyer sounds like a scammer who knows how to take advantage of certain eBay policies to try to get you to give up and just refund (which I'm glad you're not doing).
I'm curious to also know what others have to say about this.

Call eBay.
I'm a seller and had this happen on a return recently, eBay told me that this was an issue and I would have to purchase another label and send it to the buyer via PDF.
I just refunded the person and asked them to donate the jacket to someone in need.

I bought an electronic item that was listed as used. When I recieved it, it had several issues that made it unusable. I started a return request even though the seller had no returns accepted on the listing because I wasn't really sure how else to approach it (I'm pretty new to eBay.) I'm admitedly very stupid, but I'm not sure how I'm supposed to gather a return shipping label from this message. When I click on "see return details," I get taken to this screen which also doesn't have a tracking label: https://i.imgur.com/h7urt6f.jpg
I've never returned something through eBay so I'm not really sure if I'm doing something wrong here. Any help is appreciated.

Did the seller already refund you? If they did, you won’t be able to access the return label anymore. I’ve had this issue before. If you haven’t been refunded yet contact ebay and see if they can help.
