[help] Is there any reliable wig seller on eBay?

The quality of the fibers are very nice and the hairline looks amazing, this one is easily worth double the price. Some pics here: http://imgur.com/gallery/hhH6QXt
But looking at the more obvious cosplay wigs this store has in unnatural colors, they look a lot more fake, maybe because of the color, but the fibers of some seem more synthetic than the wig I bought. So I can't speak for all the wigs in this store, but the one I got is great.

I purchased an item son the 21st of this month. The status has not moved from paid status. I shipping, no tracking, nothing. I waited a week to see any type of movement. On the 28th, I contacted the seller. No reply. At this point you want to cancel and get my money back. I keep getting a loop to report item as not received on the 30th. Today is the 30th and I’m still unable to do send in a report. I chatted with a boy that keeps sending me to the same spot to do a report that I’m unable to do. How can I get in touch with an actual person to cancel the item give me my refund? I think this seller totally forgot they had posted items for sale, or maybe something happened to them idk. Is there a customer service number I can call? Thanks in advance
I am a new eBay.ca seller and It's now been 2 months since I listed my first eBay item and it is not getting any traffic or views at all. I made sure to ship to both usa and Canada and offer the absolute lowest price for the item on eBay but it still won't sell.
Is there anything I should be doing or, will it eventually sell if I wait long enough? The item isn't in really high demand but still, listings have sold in the past month that are much higher than my list price.
Maybe a reason it might not be getting views is because the account I created to sell is brand new and has 0 feedback, is it better to purchase some things and get some feedback? Or should I just list more stuff?
Any help would be appreciated.
