Item 1 Put the tracking number in at https://trackpb.shipment.co/track . The tracking page should have a "Shipping Info" section at the bottom where it lists the tracking number again. If they gave it to USPS, this will actually be a link to the corresponding page on USPS's site, which has a different tracking number. Hopefully that one shows a different status - if it also says delivered, you should have it; once USPS gets it, it's just a normal domestic package to them. If you have USPS Informed Delivery, this will most likely show up on the Packages tab of your dashboard as shipped from EBAY POWERED BY PITNEY BOWES with a tracking number starting 9400. Item 2 I don't have a good feeling about this one. The last time I had something sent to the US by Royal Mail untracked (from forward2me, not directly from a seller), it was delivered by USPS like a normal package after 7 days. If you have USPS Informed Delivery, it might show up on the Packages tab of your dashboard with a tracking number in the format LAxx xxxx xxxG B if they have it. Otherwise, open an INR case if you can, but the deadline might have passed. More on reddit.com

you can use pirate ship as others have said BUT if you ship international around ebay's new program you will again be responsible for dealing with item not received cases, shipping damage and loss as well as returns all of which ebay takes care of in their new program and eats the cost. which is why I had stopped shipping international years ago, it doesn't take too many refunds where stuff gets lost overseas and you're on the hook for $40 or $50 worth of postage you have to refund to take all the fun out of international sales More on reddit.com

I placed my order on February 4th. Seller shipped it out on the 5th. The item got to the Ebay hub in IL pretty fast - it got there on the 7th. The last update on February 12th says "Item arrvied at hub". There have been no further updates since and no additional tracking number. The estimated delivery date was between February 15th - 25th (I am in Canada).I normally avoid sellers who ship using Ebay int'l shipping but in the few times in the past where I have purchased from sellers who use this service, there have been no issues.Has anyone had this happen? If so, did the item eventually show up?I know I can contact the seller and let them know before I file a claim for INR to get a refund but this is really frustrating! I got a good deal on this item and I don't mind if it shows up late. But if the item is indeed "lost" that would be such a shame!
Update: Thanks to all who have replied to this post! Just checked the tracking again and this time it FINALLY updated with a tracking number (today, Feb. 27th). The package has just moved from the hub to the US Carrier, Asendia. Hopefully the package gets to Canada safe and sound!

Same thing happened to me. Ordered a package back on the 10th. It was supposed to arrive no later than the 14th. Contacted the seller around the 22nd to let them know and see if they could do anything. They put in a missing notice for USPS, but nothing has turned up or happened since. Figured I'd just eat the cost since it wasn't expensive. There was something on the news the other day talking about people with complaints lately who weren't getting their mail or things were never showing up. Sounds like something is wrong within USPS. I haven't seen our postal delivery person since Thursday.

Good afternoon all, I am a buyer with questions. I’ve now had two different packages not arrive after being ordered from the UK.
Google and USPS websites have not been much help, just offered assistance for the other way round (e.g a US seller tracks intl shipping to buyer)
Basically I want to know what physical locations should I call to see if they have the package or if anyone else has successfully solved this issue of buyers international packages being MIA. Two separate scenarios are in progress for me:
Item 1: Ordered 14 July, has a tracking number from UK Pitney Bowes and states it was delivered to my apt on 26 July but is nowhere in sight. Are intl packages held at maybe a local post office? Tracking number just states it was delivered to my locale but eBay says delivered to my apartment, which is why I think maybe wires got crossed a bit during delivery and it’s just sitting somewhere in my local area.
Item 2: Shipped March 24th. Seller user Royal Mail standard intl shipping with no tracking provided. Still working with seller to get their side of the story… is it remotely possible it is at a US processing facility?
Thank you all in advance, I have been able to find nothing on this kind of scenario so any and all help/comments is greatly appreciated, even if it is at my expense
