Make sure you are using the "worldwide" Item location when searching. That will show many international listings that may not appear when using the "default" Item location. If you are using the eBay app, you can enable lockable filters in your Filter Customize menu, then lock individual filter options as your defaults when searching by tapping the padlock icon that appears by the filter option to lock it.
