TC39 has approved the ES2026 candidate and it does not include these listed in the article: Temporal - stage 4, but slated for ES2027, not ES2026 using - still in stage 3, not landing in ES2026 import defer- still stage 3, not landing in ES2026 The spec won't be official until Ecma approval in June, but it is highly unlikely any changes will happen between now and then.
