I have purchased a lot of products off Wayfair. I actually have a fireplace and it works great. So far I have not had any issues when a product has come damaged. I take pictures of the broken product, use the app, and report the problem. I have only had a couple things come broken the rest have been fine even when the boxes have looked like they have gone to hell and back. 😂 (FedEx I swear tries to break my orders.). I will say in the past few years they have given their customer service people less options to help. The customer service people are always nice but their hands are tied with what they can do to help if there is an issue. You will be offered parts to fix the item (honestly I have never had parts sent and I have read reviewers who wanted months to get them), a replacement (I have had a few items replaced. Be sure to keep the box just in case they want you to send it back.), or they credit you a certain amount of the item if you want to keep it as is. As far as the warranty you will have to look under the description of each item to see what the manufacturers warranty is and you may have to go through that manufacturer for warranty issues. The fireplace I have is 2 or 3 years old and still works great. More on reddit.com

We've all seen them, looking for a taller one (to hide a hole in the wall behind to run wires) something around 30" tall would be enough.
So many brands and options out there. Anybody have one that they really like that isn't super expensive? Will go in my basement man cave under my wall mounted tv. Some good storage would be nice, I have a surround sound system, router, center speaker, Roku, etc.

I fell in love with one on wayfair called the eglington or similar, but it wasn't big enough for our TV. Not crazy with storage but I loved the look of it compared to the more blocky, huge, traditional style ones. Lots of options indeed, just pick one you like the look of with good reviews and go from there!
