The rod is called Polaris Serenade. It's among the few dev rods that were released a few weeks prior. You need to be lvl 1k first, then get 1 serene string, 1 serene spectral serpent and 50Mil money (sea 1). U can get the serene mutation from another dev rod called duskwire at 1% chance. You'll need a catfish and 7.5mil for that. You can also trade for the items with boat/rod skins. More on reddit.com

If you had some auroras left, you can use them with dreambreaker rod at castaway cliffs or luminescent cavern, but it will get you up to 500-600 mil, I think More on reddit.com

I did the quests for it so it would be cheaper, can't say if it's useful until I try fishing in those zones that need specific rods with the invincible enchantment still tryna get the Golden Pearl at Roslit Bay
