I got this standing desk in December. I love it. It adjusts high enough for me to stand comfortably and I can even fit this small 3 drawer organizer under it without feeling crowded and there is enough space for my laptop, two monitors, whatever I’m eating at the time, coffee, pen organizer and a lamp 😂 Also for the quality, its the most affordable desk I’ve seen thus far and I shopped around a loooot before I bought mine. I have used both. A standing desk and a converter. I prefer the desk only because the converter takes up desk real estate. It also depends on how tall your current desk is and your chair height. Since the converters will set everything up a bit higher when at sitting. My wife convinced her boss to get her a converter at her office. She uses it quite a bit. I use more the standing desk. I think hers is a Vari-desk converter. I use an Uplift adjustable desk. What I found more helpful was taking a 5-10 minute walk every hour. I found out about this idea on NPR.
