The Schuyler Sisters (2/3) ▸ aka Hamilton the American Musical Feminine Powerhouses #IMHO ▸ It is about 3 sisters; starting with Angelica Schuyler, the eldest sister played by who is intelligent, confident, and loyal. ▸ The other sister is Eliza Schuyler, played by Phillipa Soo is kind, compassionate, and seems deeply devoted to her family. ▸ Finally, we have Peggy Schuyler, the overlooked sister of the trio, played by Jasmine Cephas Jones. ▸ I think this song is an introduction to these supporting yet essential characters to understand the personal and political direction of the musical. ▸ Oh, Leslie Odom Jr. Is awesome as always! ▸ The song represents tight harmonies between the sisters, the tune, and their energy are infectious, easily one of my favorites. 🔻 ▸ I do not own any of this audio or video (if any is shown). ▸ All and any of the video or audio are copyrighted to its owner(s), and I made this for personal home use and educational and non-profit purposes only. 🔻 #broadway #hamilton #musical #linmanuelmiranda #angelicaelizaandpeggy #trio #theschuylersisters #sisterhood #riseup #reneeelisegoldsberry #phillipasoo #jasminecephasjones #leslieodomjr #aaronburr #soundtrack #songs #revolutionarywar #foundingfathers #performance #vocals #lyrics #fyp #foryou #nostalgic #nostalgia | TikTok

Tell us a fact about a character in Hamilton that is not in the musical
My personal favourites. Aaron Burr married again after his daughter died. He spent all her money and she caught him in bed with another woman. So she divorced him. Who did she choose as her lawyer? Alexander Hamilton. No not that one, his son. Burr also died the day or or day after the settlement. Eliza founded the first public school in Washington Heights. I like to think that makes her partly responsible for 'Hamilton' and the rest of Lin-Manuel Miranda's career. George Washington was once advised to take a break by his doctor. Unlike Hamilton, he did. He took a fishing trip with Hamilton and Jefferson. I can't imagine it was terribly relaxing. More on reddit.com
