Lisa Marie Presley
American singer-songwriter (1968–2023)
was the only daughter of rock 'n' roll legend Elvis Presley and actress Priscilla Presley, born on February 1, 1968, in Memphis, Tennessee. She was the sole heir to her father's estate after the deaths of her grandfather Vernon Presley in 1979 and great-grandmother Minnie Mae Presley in 1980, inheriting it on her 25th birthday in 1993. A singer-songwriter, she released three studio albums—To Whom It May Concern (2003), Now What (2005), and Storm & Grace (2012)—and was known for her work on posthumous duets with her father, including "In the Ghetto" and "Don't Cry Daddy". She passed away on January 12, 2023, at the age of 54, due to a bowel obstruction, and her memoir From Here to the Great Unknown, completed by her daughter Riley Keough, was published posthumously in October 2024.

So, so horrible. She seemed so happy seeing Elvis getting awards recognition just two days ago. I feel so horrible for Riley who was clearly hit very hard by her brother’s recent suicide. Losing your young mother so soon after… it’s just horrible. Same goes to Lisa’s two younger daughters too. 💔
