In short, you should change language, location, etc to an EU country. Then you have to create a WiFi set in an EU country, the same of the country already selected in settings (check if your router has this option, or you’ll need to install OpenWRT on your or any other router). Turn on airplane mode and remove the SIM Card, if you have it installed. Turn off Find My and localizatio n (GPS). What you are doing here is trying to male the iPad think it is in an EU country (especially thanks to the WiFi). Remember to switch the WiFi country back to yours (since it is a setting to emit law-compliant signals). I haven’t tried this yet so I can’t tell you if it works nor if it can work in the opposite way (I’m from the EU and I‘m waiting for iPadOS 18.1 Public Beta not trusting the Developer one on my daily). EDIT: remember that not all Europeans countries are EU countries (UK is not so use Irish English if you speak only English. Be consistent and set location in Ireland and WiFi to Ireland too. I thought this meant I could finally have an Epic Game Store on my phone where I could claim their weekly games, browse the store without going to their website. But all this does it allow you to download the mobile games (Falls Guys, Rocket League, Fortnite) and not actually see or buy from the actual Epic Store (like the Steam App). More on reddit.com
