I was curious if the wands are different? My fiancée loves Harry Potter so we are definitely doing the new Harry potter area in epic and hogsmead. But what’s the differences in the wands? I heard they look different and stuff but I heard you can use either type of wand at either place. Either way thank you in advance and if you can show photos please do.

Interactive wands will work in all parks regardless of where you buy them. The only difference if that there are some designs that (for now) can only be bought in the store in Epic.

There are two types of wands. Gen one wands, which include all the new wands at epic. And Gen 2 wands which are able to connect via Bluetooth to your app. The Gen 2 wands light up and vibrate. There are some spells that only work with Gen 2 wands. I’ll post pictures of both.
