I’ve cleaned the print head, and all the ink reservoirs are full but it still prints in only those 3 colors. I tried printing something with a lot of blue in it and the blue all showed up as pink.

Not sure what to do or how to fix this :/

I fixed it! I just had to clean the print head a few more times and now blue prints just fine :)

My ET-2720 is printing rather dark and I can't figure out what settings I need to fix them. I had the WF-7720 but it stopped printing and the yellow won't print anymore at all. So I got the ET-2720 and my settings from the WF don't work for the ET. Other than spending hundreds of $ on a product to fix it, or spending tons of time and ink on trial and error does anyone else have any idea what I can do to fix the print settings?

I just took my ET-2720 out of the box tonight. I put sublimation ink in it and ran through the setup. It goes through all the motions (and sounds) of printing, but the pages that come out are blank. And I mean blank. There is no way there is anything printed on these pages.

Now full disclosure. I read a suggestion somewhere that I not fill the reservoirs until I know the printer works. That may have been great advice, or it may be the source of all my woes. Or I’m completely off-base.

I have filled each color up to the second line from the bottom. Is that enough ink to get this thing started?
