We understand your concern as you are unable to use the scanning option on your Epson All-in-one Eco Tank 2760. In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:
- What is the Windows 10 Version and Build installed? (Type winver in Windows search/Run command)
- What is the make and model of the PC?
- Are you aware of any changes on the PC prior to this issue?
- What is the error that you see while scanning?
Meanwhile, we would suggest you to install Epson ScanSmart v3.4.5 utility from Epson and check.
If the issue persists, then we would suggest you to update the scan driver and check.
- Press Windows + X key and select Device Manager from the context menu.
- Spot and expand the “Imaging devices”.
- Right click on the Scanner driver and select “Uninstall”
- Check the box beside “Delete the driver software for this device”
- Restart the PC and then install the driver from Epson website

I am having the same issue with my new Epson XP-2200. it even prints ok from my android phone wirelessly, but when printing from the Windows 11 laptop through WiFi i get the same "Error-Printing" issue. Any solution please? More on reddit.com

August 20, 2020 - Try adding the printer manually by going into Printers, selecting Add and seeing if the Epson printer is listed there. Success The 6th time is the charm? The printer was listed again as many times b4, but this time Linux "found" drivers and I was able to print a test page, and a short text file.
