[Walmart] Cheap! Premium Ergonomic Office Chair - Green $170 (Reg: $700) - RedFlagDeals.com Forums
Has anybody found a good comfortable budget office chair for working from home (6-8hrs/day)?
Best computer chair under $150?
I've got mid and lower back issues and I've tried a LOT of chairs over the years. This is the one I swear by. I have one at the office but also splurged and bought one for my personal home office and it's worth every penny.
I paid $176 over a year ago and now it's just $152. Super worth it.

What features make an ergonomic chair good for long hours?
For sitting long hours, an ergonomic chair should offer features that promote comfort and reduce strain. Key features include:
- Adjustable Lumbar Support: Supports the natural curve of your lower back to prevent slouching.
- High-Density Cushioning: Provides comfort and reduces pressure points during extended sitting.
- Adjustable Armrests: Helps keep your arms and shoulders relaxed.
- Breathable Material: Mesh or fabric upholstery allows airflow to keep you cool.
- Reclining and Tilt Functions: Enables changing positions to reduce fatigue.
These features help maintain good posture and comfort during long work or gaming sessions.
How do I choose the right size ergonomic chair for me?
Choosing the right size ergonomic chair is important for comfort and support. Here are some tips to help you pick the best fit:
- Seat Height: Look for chairs with adjustable height to align your feet flat on the floor and knees at a 90-degree angle.
- Seat Depth: Ensure the seat depth allows you to sit with your back against the chair and about 2-4 inches between the back of your knees and the seat edge.
- Weight Capacity: Check the chair's weight limit to ensure it supports your body safely.
- Armrests: Adjustable armrests can help support your arms comfortably without straining shoulders.
Trying out chairs in-store or checking detailed product dimensions online can also guide your choice.
