I'm currently working on implementing a digital version of a defunct card game. The game uses a font very similar to Eurostyle. I plan on releasing the game under GPL3, and I would like to include a font that doesn't have a bunch of license cruft attached to it. It will be accessible from the web, and I may end up making it available for iOS and Android (each likely through sideloading).

I would likely need to be able to include it in my source-code distribution.
