While he has proved himself again as one of the most consistently great directors working today with the likes of Before Sunset, School of Rock, and Boyhood, he returns to the well somewhat with Everybody Wants Some, said to be a spiritual sequel to Dazed and Confused, which follows a group of college baseball players in the 80’s as they take their first steps into unsupervised adulthood.
