It’s roughly the percentage of critics that thought it was worth a watch. That’s it. No more and no less. A 100% doesn’t mean that it’s The Best Movie Ever, just that it appealed to all the critics in their pool. And a 15% isn’t a guarantee you’ll hate it… about 1/8th of the critics liked it. The audience follows Jake and the rest of the team while they dance, try to hook up with girls, and play baseball, and each character is different enough that everyone can have their preferred one. A hangout movie like this one wouldn’t work if you didn’t want to hang out with the characters and actors that inhabit it.
