Honestly never reuse power supply cables even if it’s from the same company/model. Better safe than sorry, I learned the hard way and fried all my sata accessories about ten years ago trying to be lazy and not rewire everything

your math is off. max you might hit 550W. 7900XT 300W card and 5800X3D is 115W, i have one and 4090 and barely get close to my 850W PSU. I'd go Corsair because even though I own 3 EVGA PSUs, EVGA business is a bit wobbly right now. More on reddit.com
