I saw that the explore applications just opened, and I'm not ready to submit a resume yet. Also, applications opened up earlier than last year I think. What is the latest you think I could submit my application and have it be considered? Would mid-August be okay?

Generally even if the applications open early they don't really look at people/consider people for a few weeks or probably mid/late August to early September. But obviously it hasn't been this early before so no guarantees. I think you should be fine if you wait a little before applying. Hey does anyone knows if the application form is out? so I read about it was released in August or mid-end august so today is september 1 and I havnt heard anything about this one!!
So does anybody know what's going on?

that "Applications are now closed" but as far as I know when I take a look in July-august there was no application open it so I guess they havnt opened that yet?
EDIT: FOLKS seems like it's absolutely gone as well as GOOGLE STEP! I contacted a girl in my college who got in STEP and now a SWE intern at Google she told me that now it's gone!

I'm not sure about explore specifically but a few of these freshmen/sophomore programs are shutting down this year due to changes in DEI policies. There's a chance it might not run this year
