So I have three shipping containers one each for saplings, acorns, and resin. I have it setup so I can access what inside of them. My issue is I cant get my auto bonzi hopper chests to export the items and import them to the shipping containers.

With the SS network. What you wanna do if you wanna move them from your chest under the bonsai into your shipping container you wanna put an import cable on your container under bonsai pot. And then just use the purple cable the (I think it's just called a system cable or something) on the shipping container Edit: I meant import cable changed to reflect that.

If you want to import things to system use import on chest/barrel, if you want to export use export cables on system

Any item then put into that chest can be accessed through a Request Table or Remote as normal, but items will never be put into the chest when feeding new items into the SSN. Import and Export cables can be used to push items into and pull items from other inventories. This way, it is possible to continuously push solid fuel, such as coal or blocks of wood, into Combustion Generators from Simple Generators to provide power to systems that need it, or pull cobblestone from Cobblestone Generators (Tiny Progressions) straight into storage.

Remember that import and export refers to the network. So to put something into the network, you want an import cable. I'm also not sure if hopping bonsai's auto export to the cable, so you might try putting a chest under it, then an import cable connected to that. More on reddit.com

Make a Compact Chest 24x12 slots, connect the chest into the Network with an Import cable. Then have the GPS Marker mark the chest's location. Dirty workaround I used when trying to transfer products from bonsai pots into filing cabinets. Though if you transfer products from bonsai pots, i recommend building an underground network. Simple Storage Network Guide
To move items between networks, use a box attached to an Import Cable from Network 1 and an Export Cable from Network 2 on the OPPOSITE side. The inventory block allows you to access the Storage Network's inventory, similar to a chest. It is also used as an ingredient for the Request Table.

I used itemducts to push items into shipping crates, then connected storage link cable to them. It worked pretty well except for some random overflow that required a buffer chest at the end.

Hi,
is it possible to combine those two? I want to transfer via Item Transfer Node in my filing cabinets, but they are connected to a simple storage network with request table etc. and now i dont know how to connect those? do i need to exchange all my simple storage cables with the cyclic ones? and will my request table work that way?

I had hopping bonsai pots drop everything into a filing cabinet. I think connected the filing cabinet to the simple storage network using one Storage Link cable (purple and black), the normal black storage cables. The item exporter cannot directly work with the storage network, there has to be something in between. Another option is as someone mentioned using a big chest, but if you do that, the items will not go back into the filing cabinets when done with the request table.

I don't quite understand Simple Storage Network.
In this screen, if I Blacklist the Storage Cable Link underneath, it doesn't Export anymore into this specific Filing Cabinet.
Having the Storage Cable Link Blacklist here, it works.
So, what's the difference? I didn't start to have this issue until I got to Vanilla Minecraft Items.
