3 weeks ago - Comprising a tolled privately leased segment and a publicly owned segment, the route spans the entire Greater Toronto Area (GTA) around the city of Toronto, travelling through the suburbs of Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Pickering, Whitby, and Oshawa before ending in Clarington, north of Orono and Newcastle. At 151.4 kilometres (94.1 mi) long, it is the fourth-longest expressway in Ontario's 400-series network, after Highways 417, 400, and 401.

Effective January 1, 2026, new toll rates and fees for vehicles will be in place.

You can view current toll rates by downloading the WSDOT mobile app. Drivers without a Good To Go! pass or account can still use the lanes for the rate they see plus a $2 Pay By Mail charge. The lanes are free on weekends and overnight from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. They are also free on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Carpools with enough passengers can use the express toll lanes for free with a Flex Pass.
