This might feel off-topic but I'm posting this question here because i think most users in here are more informed than the average person that would tell you that all LED bulbs are fine.
I want to buy LED bulbs for sensitive eyes. Which specifications should i mostly focus on and are there any companies in EU that manufacture LED bulbs specifically for sensitive eyes?

Hi. Are you set on LED only? Would you consider incandescent or halogen bulbs? I've read opinions from our community members that only incandescent are best for the eyes and halogen lightbulbs come close second. Main concerns about LEDs that I've come across: PWM/flicker, high blue light emissions, not full spectrum lights. You could look into LED lightbulbs from Waveform company. Not sure if they're based in Europe. For myself, I bought some supposedly flicker free, no blue light, full spectrum products and LED lightbulbs from BlockBlueLight company. link They are UK based. Have some sitting in a box, maybe I could send you some to check if those are OK for your eyes, because they are not cheap compared to conventional LED lightbulbs. Have some E27 and E14 mostly, not sure what you use and need. Feel free to DM me if interested.

Take Regular Breaks: The 20-20-20 rule is your key: every 20 minutes, take a 20-second break and look at something 20 feet away. This helps relax your eye muscles. Screen Brightness: If you're working on a computer or reading adjust the screen brightness to match the ambient lighting in the room. These days mobile phones and computers give you the option of “Eye Comfort” brightness level.

Do white lights exist that are not crazy bright like LEDs? I love the look of white lights but the ones I just got are way to bright also they were daylight ones which probably doesnt help. Walmart did not have a big selection. I am not a fan of warm white bulbs. Are cool white bulbs not as bright?

The lower K values will be less harsh, try something in the 2500-3000K color range. Although that's usually referred to as "warm white", it has more of a yellow tone, reminiscent of the color of old incandescent bulbs. 3500-4000K is the most neutral range, you might like that. I find the higher numbers too white or blue. Great if you're working in a lab, but not for sitting around at home.
