What is the factorial of 11
The factorial symbol is the exclamation mark (!). If n is a natural number greater than or equal to 1, then · n! = n x (n - 1) x (n - 2) x (n - 3) ... 3 x 2 x 1 · If n = 0, then n! = 1, by convention. ... Trailing zeros are a sequence of zeros in the decimal representation of a number, after ...

11! - Factorial of 11
To determine the number of zeros at the end of a factorial, recursively divide the number by 5 until the quotient is less than 5, and sum the results after applying the greatest integer function. The greatest integer function (usually denoted by brackets) is the rounded down integer of a value. For example, [5] = 5, [4.5] = 4, [-4.5] = -5. For example, the number of trailing zeros in 11!

February 9, 2023 -
My friends and I were just discussing the following problem and could not get to an answer. So if you have a long string of 1s say n long, and you erased the bottom bits of some of the 1s from the back to get a !(factorial), what ratio or formula of 1s to !s Gives you the highest value for n Eg is (11!)! Greater than 111! ? So on.. Edit - added brackets to 11

In all cases with n >= 2, you’d write 11 followed by n - 2 !s. To see this, you only need to prove that 111…11!, with (k - 1) 1s, is bigger than 111…111 with k 1s. Roughly speaking, adding a 1 on the end is the same as multiplying by 10 and adding 1, while taking the factorial multiplies by every integer less than that number. If that number is 11 or larger, adding a ! wins every time. You stop once you reach 11 since 1! = 1.

Since factorials are monotonically increasing, this is equivalent to asking if 11! is greater than 111. And it is by a lot. You should be a bit careful with the notation, there is a double factorial and it's not an iterated factorial
