What kind of phone do you have? For most phones, I'd recommend a 30W charger. Some phones like Samsung have a 45W fast charging option but those charging speeds are negligible for time spent on a charger. I'd go with chargers that have PPS and PD 3.1 as charging protocols. Tons of great companies to choose from. I've bought the following: Anker (buy through Costco or Amazon for good deals), Nimble Wireless, Scosche, Amazon Basics. Really just make sure you are picking a safety rated charger (UL or PSE) and not some random Amazon brand and you should be good. For cables, you can do a 240W cable so you have cross coverage with a potential USB C Laptop. The brands above have good cables as well but have also used Ikea, Cable Creation, JSAUX, Fasgear and Monoprice and they have all generally been pretty solid. I personally use braided cables. For non braided cables, Anker or Apple's cables typically last very long and handle quite a lot of abuse. Didn't have a lot of good luck with Amazon's non braided cables but your mileage may vary.

Just an advice - ALL chargers will adjust their output: it's basically a safety built in the circuitry. They will NEVER do a constant output during a charge cycle, so don't rely too much on amp reading the apps like Ampere gives you.
