I have a S20 Ultra and got a wireless fast charger from Anker recently ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07THL8PP1?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details ) but the fast charge took about twice as long as it does with my regular Samsung fast charger adaptor + USB-C cable, so I returned it. It took a bit over 2 hours for a full wireless fast charge, as opposed to 1 hour when plugged in.
This fast charger was 10W. Should I try a 15W for a faster wireless charge? I also don't want to kill my battery but I would like to use wireless, because my Samsung phones always end up with the charging port worn out which leads to me needing to get a new phone.

No, it is something like half as efficient, wired will always be faster. And the extra heat from wireless can speed up battery degradation in the long term. Just my experience but I've had my S21 Ultra for 2 years now and the charging port has loosened a bit but no issues
