What are people saying about fast food restaurants in Roanoke, VA?
"I needed a healthy meal. Panda Express had tender Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Thighs, "Super" Vegetable of Cabbage, Broccoli, Kale & Carrots, and Steamed Rice with 2 Spring Rolls. Perfectly executed, clean space, friendly service. Drinks on ice. Sauces labeled clearly (e.g., "Sweet & Sour Sauce" is less confusing to an American market than "Duck Sauce.") Padded bench seat with cool AC. I enjoyed my meal, and have leftovers for a snack later. Thanks, ya'll! I'll be back!"

Best and worst fast food restaurants.
Quick / local fast food near 220 (open for dinner)
Are there fast food chains here that are still a decent value?
Any must try quick and easy access food places?
I’m curious which fast food places are the best and worst in Roanoke. I don’t mean your favorite I just mean which ones have the best service, quality, etc.
Example: I’ve always had good service and quality at the hershberger McDonald’s.
Bad example: the Sonic on Rutgers is usually awful.
Will be driving through Roanoke (around dinner time) and looking for a quick meal but would prefer to do something more unique than major national fast food chain. Close to near 220 would be ideal. I've browsed some older posts and some spots either are permanently closed or hours don't work. Thanks!
I honestly am in a f the diet mood and want fried stuff, feed my fat butt lol.
I haven't done much fast foood over years past an occasional biscuit in the morning. I've cooked stuff in the air fryer so that gets me by. But meh only live once. I need(k want) some unhealthy soy grease in me.
Looking around I can't justify spending 15-20$ at Wendy's or even Hardy's. Taco Bell has even skimped up in the portions. I can't get out of there for under 14 these days. I also can't justify pizza either as it's not really any better than frozen unless you start doing stuff like Franks or those NY chains near Vinton.
Is there any fast food these days that's still affordable? It's probably best I don't eat it but I like having the choice over it being forced on me!
