This is a 5x8 Koolaburra by Ugg rug and it’s sooooo soft! I’ve been searching for something soft and fluffy and plush for my room that is about to get hardwood.
The rug also needs to be dog-claw proof, as my pup gets her nails caught in any type of rug that has loops. I want a rug that is easily cleanable, preferably one that I can use a rug cleaner on in case of any spills or accidents.
Has anyone had a rug like this that stays in good shape over time? Do they lose their fluff or get matted over time? Are they easy to clean? I can’t find any reviews online for some reason!

No. They don't age well at all. They're made of petroleum and melt if exposed to high heat, and shed microplastics everywhere. I got a fake fur blanket as a gift once, ran it through the wash, and bits of blue fake fur were all over my next several loads of laundry.
