I was wondering this too, Fedex has an API status page here showing the outage but you have to login or create an account FedEx APIs and Developer Portal

Hey, does anyone know a specific contact email or phone number for API related issues? FedEx does not have any located on the site that can get me in contact with aomeone that knows what I'm talking about. I've tried a random EDI email but haven't gotten a reply in 2 weeks. Any help would be welcome! I've been getting a "Shipping Adress does not match our records" error code for weeks now.

There switching systems or something like that. They've been sending emails out about it for a few months. It's not my dept so I don't know much about it, but you were suppose to do a whole update process. I believe the chance to do that has now ended.

yesterday it seemed like fedex's api was breaking every 5 seconds and we could barely get labels generated. when we went by our local ship center to drop off packages the clerk said it had been chaotic all day and they'd been getting calls from other stores asking if their systems were working. the fedex api status page is throwing an error. has fedex acknowledged any kind of system-wide outage? super frustrating as we mail hundreds of packages fedex a day using their API to generate labels for orders.
