I’m dealing with the same problem as you. It’s been two week. It did t move for a few days so when I called fedex they said it might be lost. They told me to file a claim. Yes they get money for accepting packages. Its like a quarter or so. If you do get excellent help a tip could be warranted. From the looks hes doing a lot more than needed, on prepaid stuff they really only need to accept. More on reddit.com
