Grass Fed Butter prices in Calgary
What's the best place for grass fed meat?
Well first of all Grass Fed or Grass Finished? Finished is a lot harder to find. Quality vs. Price I buy from Regina's Meats at the Crossroads Farmers Market. I don't think they are grass finished, but they really care about their product.
Otherwise you can get grassfed & finished at Community Natural Foods or Planet Organic - but that shit is expensive.
You don't need Grass Fed to eat paleo. Yes its the best option. I perfer to care about the source and be realistic about price. Yes grassfed/finished is the best, I usually buy it in the fall during the post-summer butchering season, when it is less expensive and I can buy a quarter, 1/2 or full cow to keep in the freezer.
Regina's Meats also has really great chicken. Try the double chicken breast or their whole chickens. Crazy tasty.
Another cheap way is to buy or find wild meats like deer/moose.
Another note: grass fed, free range meats take less time to cook - so keep a close eye the first time you cook them.
If you need any nice recipe tips, I have eaten a pretty consistent (but not fanatical) paleo diet for over a year now. I am happy to share tips about shopping, prep, cooking, and ways to survive your first few weeks.
Also if you want, I'll be the Crossroads farmers market tomorrow if you want me to introduce you to the great people at Regina's.
Cheers

Trying to get a package delivered that requires a signature. The email states that they attempted twice on 2 different days. However, I have been home both days. No doorbell rang, no sticker on door, no one on the doorbell camera, nothing. The automated tracking system states they will reattempt again. Anything else I can do?
