Afternoon everyone. I work at a 3PL and do a LOT of shipping with FedEx. Issues come up, and I used to be able to email [email protected] for things that were clearly not claims.
Just yesterday these emails started bouncing back to me saying it's not valid. Does anyone have an email address that I could try? Otherwise I would be spending literally my entire day on the phone.
Any help is appreciated!

This is absolutely ridiculous. I’m trying to contact too, and can not not get a robot on both chat and phone, even after asking to speak to a human. The robots can’t understand my issue and keep giving me the most nonsense responses. I guess we should value Canada post workers….
