Anyone had issues with FedEx UK delivering there laptop Was meant to be delivered on the 13th it’s been delayed twice. They haven’t attempted delivery and now they can’t tell me where my parcel is or when it will be delivered. Anyone got any ideas?
Update 1: Have got an update from FedEx. They are now sending it back to Framework. As they claim they have made 2 deliveries attempts when they haven’t made any.
I have now raise a support ticket with Framework and now waiting to here back from on what the next steps are.
Update 2: I now finally have my laptop, FedEx said yesterday I could collect it (28/11) so I when I did that this morning. I now can’t wait to unbox and enjoy this laptop.

Not UK but Germany. Had some scheduling issues with FedEx ended up writing them an email telling them I‘ll pick it up at their hub near me. But if they lost your package that sucks. I recommend to get in touch with framework support. As they have to inquire an investigation as the sender and they might be willing to replace your order.
