I could enter the tracking number I got from my eBay seller on the FedEx website and it showed "awaiting shipment", so it was in their system but it wasn't working here. But you're link did! I'm returning a Steelcase chair, and am trying to schedule a pickup via FedEx. First time doing it, so bear with me. They gave me a prepaid label, to be clear.
Schedule & Manage Pickups > Schedule a Package Pickup > Dropdown > FedEx Ground Return Pickup > Entered the information (Tracking ID, Name, Address, Zip, Contact, etc.) > Entered Residence/Pickup Date/Weight, etc. > Confirmed Pickup. Just wanted to make sure it was done right since it didn't ask for a specific time or anything more.
Also, do I just leave it on my patio and they come get it, or will they knock and ask for ID or something?

I've been trying to days to schedule a pickup, but it keeps looping me back to the same place, is there any trick to scheduling? (I have a Fedex account). I've tried Safari and Chrome browsers on mobile and desktop, as well as the app. And have tried chat, but it just keeps asking me for the tracking number and then not getting any further. Fedex has been cheaper lately, so I'd love to utilize it for my business shipping needs, but need packages picked up or it isn't worth my time.

When you’re generating the labels, there’s a box with 3 options: -Schedule a pick up. Use an already scheduled pick up at your location. -Find the nearest drop off location. Use the schedule pick up option and it will automatically schedule it for you.

Express, Ground, Freight, or Custom Critical? Only Express and CC handle same day on-call pickups, so part of the issue could be if you are trying to schedule a same day pickup for Ground or Freight, the site won’t let you.

Hi guys,
I am ordering two COVID-test kits for travelling purposes. These two kits are from two different labs, and they both need to be returned through FedEx Express return pickups. I am wondering am I able to schedule the pick ups of these two packages, which will be sent to different locations, at the same time and the same location?
I assume I can't schedule a pickup for both packages with one phone call since they have two different tracking number, but I do wonder if they can be picked up by the same FedEx postman if I schedule them to be picked up at the same time, same location. Thanks!

You only need to schedule one pickup. The courier will take whatever you give them as long as they have the Express labels on them. Makes no difference that they are going to different places. It's no different than a large retailer who ships out 100's of packages. The courier doesn't really care where they are going, just that he has a big enough truck and enough time to process them.

You can, if you call just make sure to tell the rep you have 2 pickups for 2 separate locations both for express prepaid labels.

Need to send my equipment back to my old job and they sent me shipping label. I dont drive so was hoping to do a pick up but looks like I need to pay. Since I already have the shipping label, does that mean everything was already paid for?

If it has a tracking number on it look it up on fedex - if it says'shipping label created that should indicate it's already paid for. I think also when you call or go online to schedule pickup, it may ask if you have a label.

When I googled it, it looks like in Canada they charge $4 for sameday pickup, $3 for scheduled future pickup - but if you call, maybe see if you can speak to a person and find out if that's covered, if you can pay it yourself by some method, or if you must drop it off. It may be worth the $3 to have them pick it up (no brainer for me). A $3 fee, if I could pay it, is worth the inconvenience, fuel, and time to avoid driving to a dropoff.
