Can someone provide insight why fedex has been driving in circles with my package all week instead of bringing it to me?

It hasn't been driving in circles. It went in a straight line to Orlando, then another straight line to Ocala. The only delay was in the Orlando hub where it didn't get sorted in time to go out that day so it went out early the next morning. You expected something shipped standard ground to go from FL to Michigan in 3 days? Like you didn't even consider that a best case scenario, you actually needed it to arrive in that timeframe? July 4, 2020 - UPS got me 2 packages, on time, no problem this week. One was actually originally supposed to show on Saturday but I had it on Thursday, from Arizona. So, yeah, I expected what I was told. If FedEx is in such disarray then they should be padding their delivery dates.

December 12, 2022 - FedEx is trash my package got delayed 3 times and then finally today 2/7 it was marked delivered and had a photo of it being delivered but it wasn’t on my porch, I paid extra and needed the package last Friday and then it got delayed till today and then they claim they delivered it and had a picture of it on someone’s porch but it wasn’t on my porch submitted a claim with FedEx but after this I’ll never use them again never have a problem with UPS use FedEx one time and everything goes wrong

I have a FedEx Business account. I used to be able to go to FedEx Insights and get a comprehensive list of packages both sent and received.

Insights is now gone and it links to Delivery Manager which only shows INBOUND packages. I've scoured the website and the help section - where the hell are the lists of packages I sent using my business account? I'm *sure* they didn't just remove this ability.
