Is it possible to schedule a pickup for my FedEx shipment?
How do I track FedEx international AWB number?
Tracking your FedEx shipments is an easy way to stay updated on your international package's journey. By following a few simple steps, you can check its status and ensure everything is on schedule.
This guide will show you how to track FedEx international packages, including how to get the tracking number, use FedEx’s tracking tools, and explore an alternative with Ship24 for comprehensive tracking across multiple carriers.
Step 1: Obtaining the Tracking Number
Start by getting your FedEx tracking number. This number is essential for accessing your shipment's status. The shipper or seller typically provides this number when the package is sent. Keep it handy for the tracking process.
Step 2: Accessing the FedEx International Tracking Website
To track your shipment, go to the FedEx international tracking page. This section of the website allows you to enter your tracking number and see where your package is. You can either navigate directly to the FedEx tracking section or use the link shared by the shipper.
Step 3: Enter the FedEx International Tracking Number
Once you’re on the FedEx tracking page, find the field to input your tracking number. Carefully type in the number provided in Step 1. Be sure there are no errors in the number to get the most accurate tracking updates.
Step 4: Start Tracking
After entering the tracking number, press "Track" or hit "Enter" to begin the tracking process. The FedEx system will then retrieve and display the latest information about your shipment’s journey.

What to do when a return goes bad and the website says the Fedex tracking number has no record of being picked up? I have the pickup recorded on my doorbell camera, including the truck on the street.
More detail: Purchased an item from an online seller (Ebay if it makes a difference). The item did not function properly and a return was requested. A label was provided and pickup scheduled with FedEx for hazardous material (batteries). I have video of the FedEx pickup on my doorbell camera.
Now FedEx indicates they have no record of the return tracking number per the website. I have not been able to talk to anyone at Fedex or file an online claim without an active tracking number. As mentioned I have a doorbell re ordinary of the driver picking up the package on November 3rd at 9:47am, with his truck on the street in the background.
Thoughts on how to proceed?
TLDR: I am missing a FedEx Ground package and all I have is the pick up confirmation number. Package was picked up 2 weeks ago.
I set up a pick up from a hotel where I left a bag. I opened an account, added a credit card and set up the pickup through FedEx Ground. The package was picked up the next day from the hotel, the manager texted me. Neither FedEx nor the hotel sent me a tracking number (I didn't even think about that and I was traveling over the weekend so I was distracted).
After a week I called Fed Ex who told me they cannot do anything without a tracking number. I said all I had was the confirmation number for the pickup and he confirmed it was indeed picked up but that's all he could tell me. The hotel said that they gave the pickup person my name and address (no email) and the info is also in my account. I have now never received the package or a tracking number and whenever I call Support I am unable to speak to a human without that. It has been 15 days since pick up and nothing. When I look under "My scheduled pickups" it simply says "Picked up" and the confirmation number.
I really need to find out how I can track this and file a claim.
