What happened to your 5 year old isn't FedEx's fault you should have gotten a friend/family member/babysitter to look after him. You got the 285 refunded there's not much else to be done. In fact sounds like you got a free printing job and shipment. Doesn't make the long wait any better though. After being in use all day everyday I imagine the printers start to break or slow down. Looks like ypu realized about the slow computers and printers pretty early on, I would have just left and went to another location especially since overnight cutoff is 5pm so there was plenty of time left. Don't know what you're trying to accomplish with calling and emailing customer support. If you're trying to get people fired that's kind of a jerk move since those FedEx workers don't get paid much and have to deal with tons of customers and problems everyday. Sucks what happened to you but it's best to let it go and just vote with your wallet by not giving them business anymore if you're that upset about it. But looking at your username you come off as very immature. More on reddit.com
