Try AlphaGraphics or Minuteman Press. They don’t have quite the footprint of FedEx Office, but they have national reach, and you won’t find many locations open late or on Sunday, but considering printing is their main business, you’ll deal with a more knowledgeable staff who should be able to handle more complicated projects. When Kinko’s sold to FedEx, they became more focused on shipping than printing. More on reddit.com

Personally, before even considering how to ship, I would order samples and see what quality you like the best. You will have much more control over quality by ordering prints yourself and shipping them out, but there is the convenience factor of not having to worry about getting stuff shipped out. You can also ship posters via USPS and UPS, at least for the United States. But no matter what you do, go with the best quality over the most convenient shipping. More on reddit.com

Hey guys, I’m looking into starting a print on demand business and I wanted to know if anyone uses fedex print services as a supplier? My clients need signs/flags and banners but I’m having a hard time finding a supplier for anything other than shirts and notebooks etc.. I did some research and learned FedEx does offer some sort of blind shipping service through their delivery manager, but unsure about their sign printing service. Any tips or advice is appreciated. I have been in an abusive relationship as a customer of FefEx office for too long and I’m getting myself out. But I need a new document printer to replace FedEx. Any suggestions are most welcome.

I print for work and I like the National store presence FedEx has
I print coiled binders that are used in presentations
I like to use tabs in my printed documents

The ups store might be able to help if the store is decent(if it isn’t there’s probably another location close by), but otherwise a good local print shop with a couple of locations should be able to help you.
