Their chatbot is so useless tell me they do have an actual email....I really hope others have actually found it helpful.

Yeah I created a twitter just to message them..and if you raise hell on there they come to YOU asking how they can help. Funny how it works. Lots of people seem to get reps asking how they can assist if they tweet something along the line of "Fuck you fedex you're garbage!!!"

this is how just about all automated phonelimes are set up but if you spam the 0 key when it requests you to select a service or what have you. it will bypass the automated call system and default you to an operator.

This worked for me yesterday: Dial 1-800-463-3339 Say “give me options”. Then say “more options” or press 7 Again, say “even more options” or press 7 After that, say “it’s something else” or press 8 It will ask for your tracking number, just say "I don't know" Then, you will be transferred to a representative.

Soooo this’ll be my first and last time using FedEx. I signed up for an account to track a package sent from a package forwarder. I saved the passcode to iCloud to leave no margin for error and not even 5 minutes later I couldn’t sign in. I tried both forms of verification codes to reset my password and still haven’t received either. Tried to get help and called the number their virtual assistant provided and the moment the call should’ve started to ring…. A sustained, shrill tone/beep just played until I eventually hung up. I typed that into the virtual support and then they provided the real number after and about 30 minutes on the call I was finally going to be transferred to a live representative and….. they tell me their offices are closed. The virtual assistant provided me with their office hours and they don’t close for another hour……….. I’m literally baffled at the fact FedEx still exists if this is how horribly they run their business.
