Recording desktop audio
In the "Recording" tab of PulseAudio Volume Control, drag the volume sliders so that the recording level in Audacity's Recording Meter is to left of 0 dB (-6 dB is a good level to aim for).
Noise reduction & removal

Additionally, Apple Silicon (arm64) Audacity cannot run Intel (x86-64) plugins and vice versa.

I located the ffmpeg file to AudaCity but It didn't worked - Audacity 3 Help Forum - Audacity Forum
I usually use this program with no problems. But my PC got fully reset. I downloaded Audacity and the ffmpeg file in it. But when I press locate, I add the ffmpeg file location to it and press “ok.” Then it refreshes Audacity, but still no FFMPEG library is found. Please help More on forum.audacityteam.org
