I checked my links before I claimed the pack and I made sure my prime account was connected to my wallet account which specifically showed my PSN was linked. After I claimed my pack I never saw it on my ps5. Is there a specific step I missed? Please help

Ea's contract with Amazon probably ran out just like the games from other companies you used to see in the Prime Gaming tab. It's not really clear if Amazon is parting ways with the Prime Gaming rewards or if it's just not worth it for the companies anymore. It seems like the former to me.
