February 7, 2024 - Hey @Smirnov_Roman, apologies that you haven’t heard back from our support team yet. I do understand this is very frustrating and you would like this to be solved as soon as possible. This usually happens because there are added seats outside the original annual agreement. We’re not equipped to handle billing issues here on the Forum for security & privacy reasons.

So last month I paid for the first time for Figma after many years because I needed to remove some limitations (honestly don't remember exactly which one, I just hit a wall and was like "OK let me see those plans"). I paid 43€ for "Professional team (annual)". And this month, out of nowhere, they are billing me 153€?! What?! How can I avoid paying that entirely?
I only use the most basic features of Figma, I don't care for anything except some limitations of the free plan (like the max of 3 pages, and even then, I can manage that).
All other 3 team members are in the lowest seat where they can only view and I'm in "full"... Please, can someone clarify what's going on, and how can I simply revert back to free plan with my previous limitations, without getting F'd by this proper scam of a billing system?
Edit: Figma was very reactive and cancelled all the invoices and even refund my plan paid last month. So, well done Figma... now please clarify your messy pricing table lol

Hey, this kind of charge usually happens when additional seats get added outside of the original annual agreement. I’ve follow up via DM with support.

You basically pay for every seat on your team. It’s ridiculous, for example you pay, freelancer pays then one of you pays again just so you can both edit the same Fukin file.
