I remember getting a Fiio M3K for as little as $50 on EBay, that was maybe 2 years ago. Now Ebay sellers want like, 200 for them. I don't understand this jump in price, even if the unit was discontinued and they are "rare" it's just an M3K, it's not even an Android device like the more expensive Fiio products. It's basically just a nicer version of the old Sony NW7 units, just with the ability to play music from a Micro SD card... December 9, 2021 - I don't get how something as simple and bare bones as the Fiio M3K could have jumped so high in price. ... I think it’s because of the chip shortage, and partially because, fiio has from my understanding discontinued some of the lower end more affordable models of DAPs they made. I have an M7 I bought for $130 when it launched, now they’re being listed on ebay for as much as $300.
