Call a plumber or a fireplace guy. Check with be fireplace company and see if they service this type of thing.
Other than that, they're usually screwed in at the base of the ring. Need to pull out all the rocks and find the connection. If you have done that and can't get it off, you need a pipe wrench probably.

Get yourself two big plumbers pipe wrenches.
Soak the shit out of that coupler the night before
Put one wrench on the coupler and one on the pipe on the burner side. (You don't want to damage the pipe on the other side of the coupler.)
It'll come.... Trust me (says the stranger 🤣😂)
