Do you mean a ring of brick? Dude, just go to the lumber yard and get those angled retaining wall bricks. They lay down just like Legos. If you want something more natural, find a quarry near you. They'll be happy to get you set up with some stone, and if you're willing to put a $20 in the guy's hand he can probably point out the pile of cool chunks set aside.
