Hey guys! I started to have lower back pain several months ago. I'm currently doing PT to alleviate the pain, however, I think I need to make a changes with regard to what I'm sleeping on. Our memory foam extra soft mattress is causing back issues for both me and my husband, we are researching on a buying an extra firm topper. I would love natural coir hybrid mattress but they are very expensive. Looking for suggestions from anyone who’s bought a topper and has loved sleeping on it🙂
