I’m 4’11. I LOVE flares. I’m happy they’re back in style because I was at least able to get two pairs of perfectly fitting flare jeans from American Eagle! Yay! But I want flare leggings.
Im too short for any normal short sizes-Size Short does not fit me ANYWHERE. I am a size 4 Extra Short at American Eagle and that’s my exact perfect size. I did also purchase some flare leggings from them in short, I knew it was wishful thinking that they’d fit, of course they’re still too long:( I plan to get them tailored and they’ll still be cute, but it’ll lessen the flair more than I’d like :(
Do ANY brands make Extra Short leggings/flare leggings? I’m also considering ordering size Short flare leggings with a bigger flare hoping that I’ll still be able to have more flare after hemming.

I haven’t looked in a while, but I have gotten petite size flare leggings from Old Navy. Most of the in person stores don’t have petites, but you can order online.
