I’m referring to the adjuster licensing website for Department of Financial Services: dice.fldfs.com.
I was suddenly locked out a few months ago and assumed I had forgotten my password, tried several times to get a new password. No emails were sent to me and I used up my 5 tries.
Went through the same process again just recently and no luck.
Then I bumped it to my licensing department at my company. They have been in there 3 times to get me updated and nothing has happened. Also, they can access me in the website and none of my CE credits for the upcoming licensing period have shown up.
It’s getting really weird.
Next step is calling them!
Just wondering if anyone else is having similar problems with that website.

Got my answer. I just called to get hours of operation: “Until further notice the licensing helpline has been discontinued due to staffing shortages.”

My license is through FL and I just wrapped up by CE credits two weeks ago. I just logged in and the site seems to be working ok. I’m guessing you are going to have to call them.
