I was considering purchasing a hoodie, but Im wondering if itd be warm/better for moisture management to purchase a hoodie/jacket made of fleece if Im planning on layering? If so, which full-zip fleece hoodie(s)/jacket(s) would you recommend for under $110? Does the fact that I often wear 100% cotton t-shirts change anything?
Any specific qualities I should look for?

Just my opinion, but polyester fleece is generally way too warm for me and doesn’t breathe well. What conditions are you generally in? Will this be an insulation layer underneath some sort of shell or does it need to have wind/water resistance? Is it purely technical or does it need to look “businesslike?”
