I would lean to agreeing with your accountant, but here's what I will tell you. I would call taxpayer help line at Florida Department of Revenue and ask them this exact thing. The folks on the other end of the line are there to help, and have way more resources for how things would go within an audit and if this would suffice.
The other thing that I would want to know from you is if you had previously registered your SSN with the state as a business entity and as a way to remit sales tax. If you didn't register, your LLC should be tied to your SSN.

Forgot to file sales and Use tax in Florida one month.
A notice of final assessment is basically a warning saying you didn’t file. Go online and file zeroes for that month you missed and it should clear this up. If you see a late filing penalty, call the DOR and ask for abatement of penalty, or forgiveness. Most states will give you one rather easily. If you want to protest, you can but you’ll have to prove no sales and would probably be a waste of time. If there is a number to call, give it a call to talk with someone to make sure all of this is accurate. More on reddit.com
